Assessment Tools
The Leadership Circle 360
www.theleadershipcircle.com
Our primary assessment tool to conduct in depth individual, team and broader assessments is The Leadership Circle 360. It is the only tool that we are aware of that measures both key leader competencies as well as reactive mindsets that can block those competencies. The survey results are presented across 5 respondent groups with raw and percentile scores for deep understanding and impact. This tool combines high statistical validity, a strong underlying leadership philosophy and polished presentation materials.
